Substance Use Evaluations

We offer substance use evaluations at the following locations: Redford, Flint, and Pontiac.

If you are required by the courts to obtain a substance use evaluation Meridian Health Services can assist you. The evaluation will take approximately two to three hours. During this time you will be asked to discuss your substance use history, complete two substance use screening assessments, review support group attendance logs and review treatment completion paperwork. The licensed therapist will complete a letter for your identified court system with recommendations within three business days.

The cost of the evaluation is $280.00.
