Meridian understands addiction and recovery. We know that each person will be successful in his or her own way. Our treatment program offers many options to fit each person's healing needs.

For individuals, including pregnant women, who suffer from opiate or opioid use disorder, we offer comprehensive medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services to help begin healing, improve quality of life, and eventually achieve lifelong recovery from addiction.

MAT combines therapy and medication to treat the substance use disorder. Research has shown that the combination of medication and therapy can successfully treat opiate and opioid use disorders. For some individuals struggling with addiction, relapse and effectively maintaining sobriety, MAT can likewise help sustain recovery.

Our MAT program utilizes FDA-approved medications Methadone, Naltrexone and buprenorphine, in combination with licensed therapists and peer recovery coaches, to provide a "whole person" approach to the treatment of substance use disorder.

Each person in our care is treated by a highly qualified treatment team. The medical and counseling staff work together with the patient to develop an individual treatment plan. The interdisciplinary team, in conjunction with the client, continuously review and update the treatment plan in order to evaluate progress towards treatment goals and to incorporate changes in the client's needs and circumstances.

If you aren't sure if this treatment strategy is right for you, we will help to walk you through your options. Call today to get your questions answered by one of our friendly team members.
